Eagle Rock Loop was incredible. Highly recommended. 3 nights, 4 days. Took our time. Most of the trail has markers that let you know you're on track. The water levels of all the creeks and rivers were on low end of what they can be, and we still had to get our feet wet on several of the crossings. Trail can become fairly intense at times, but the higher intensity portions are never very long.

Absolutely beautiful area! We managed to drive almost exclusively on county and forest roads, which were scenic and winding, and largely unpaved. Quite a few good options for dispersed car camping, too. I’ll definitely be headed back there again!

Beautiful place to be! Dispersed camping and good vibin crystals. Many great memories here. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to check themselves back into nature. I would also recommend camping in the colder months because the bugs are intense in the summer. Rough mountainous roads but it's all part of the adventure ️
