Oh my gosh so much fun! They take covid very seriously, which was a huge plus in my book. Temperatures at the door, strict and respectful mask policy, frequently sanitizing common areas. They aren’t messing around with keeping people safe. Very appreciated. They had 15 pools open and they were all phenomenal! Not my first visit and will definitely be back.

I came for my 30th birthday and it was beautiful. I got a relaxing massage by Stacie, soaked in magnesium and enjoyed good company.
Overall an awesome experience in the pools. We went on a weekday afternoon and the only pool where we encountered others was the waterfall. It’s a natural hot springs so some sediment and smell to the pools is to be expected; it’s called “Hot SULPHUR Springs” so you are of course going to have a sulphur smell. Not sure why there are so many complaints in that regard. With Covid they are allowing 75 people in during each time slot with 15 pools to choose from, which means 5 people in each pool. This didn’t seem like an issue to me as some pools were larger and could fit that many safely especially if they are part of the same group. There are no towel or equipment rentals but they are available for sale, so make sure you bring your own. There are a few bathrooms to change in and some temporary pop up shelters but no locker room right now. All that being said, resort could definitely use some updates and new tile in the pools as well as some customer support training for staff. My only reason for not giving 4 stars was that after changing I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my boyfriend to finish, the lady behind the desk at the time took a call with inquiries from a customer regarding the facilities and had an absolutely horrendous tone. After the call ended she started mocking the person on the phone with the other employee talking about how stupid they were. This kind of shocked me that they would mock other customers with one sitting right in front of them in the lobby. Maybe they didn’t see me, but judging from some of the other reviews I’m thinking they were fully aware I was there and chose to mock patrons any way. That put a fairly sour taste in my mouth and doesn’t really make me want to come back. Hopefully things improve because we otherwise had a lovely time.
Their standards are not up to par. The showers could only get warm, not hot. The bed was stiff. The hot springs were also only slightly warmer then the showers at best. During our first soaking session (which was 8pm - 10pm) we met some other guest who told us that the pool we were currently in was one of the hotter ones, which was advertised as 103. Some time into the soak the whole town lost power, which I don't blame the resort for. But their response was practically to do nothing. They walked around once to ask if we were fine, which we said "yes, but a flashlight would be nice". They said okay, and told us we still have an hour remaining in our session. Honestly losing power was a bit of fun for me, but nobody else in the pool agreed with me. After a while we decided to leave and navigate the dark to go back to our room and have a warm shower, which was less warm than earlier that day. We left the following morning, even though we had booked out three more days. They would not refund us our remaining time, but they never said they either. "You made a personal decision to leave" is what they said. I would not recommend staying here, and would suggest other hot springs if you are looking to soak.
Had a wonderful experience today soaking. Stormy at the front desk went out of her way to call me when a reservation opened up - which really made our hot tub journey so special! We had a 10am to noon reservation and had no troubles checking in or using the rest rooms. Definitely wear your suit under your clothes so you don’t have to change at the facility since the lockers are being remodeled. The tubs were clean, had a variety of temperatures and the mineral content felt good on my bones and skin! Will definitely come back!!!
Super fun hot springs-I will definitely be going back! 4 star rating is simply because the facility desperately needs updates. It’s pricey to visit and soak-put a little love back into the place!
Absolutely terrible, the rooms are very tiny and the shower is don't get hot at all. The power went out during my soak session and it was completely dark. The front desk lady came out with her phone and asked if everything was okay and to remind us that we only had an hour left to soak, very rude like. I asked if you could bring us a flashlight so we can walk back to her room and she said she would see. She never came back. Finally I decided to fill my way through the dark and made it back to the front desk. Where they were not providing flashlights to get you back to your room. Or providing someone to walk you to your room with light. After this terrible night and the horrible customer service I received I decided to check out early. Not realizing I would not receive a receipt, or a refund for the day's not stayed. I am genuinely upset with this place. Not to mention I booked it for my honeymoon. Which they knew about, nothing extra special was provided like I asked for when booking a session. I would give this place a 0 out of 5 if I could. I absolutely do not recommend
I have been coming to these hot springs for a decade... I have such fond memories but it’s been a few years since I soaked here. After my most recent visit this week I will never be back and will tell friends to stay away as well. Absolutely disgusting water and unkept tubs. Oh..no locker rooms or showers either. Rude service. Over-crowded. It’s obviously being run as a money making tourist trap and has lost ALL of its charm. Stay away and save your money!
