What can I say but WOW! We were being swindled by another company out of minot North Dakota. Luckily...we had met Nate while at the state fair and just took a shot in the dark to find some peace of mind on how the Spa world works. He filled us in on what the difference between a company that is actually able to fulfill an order and a company that is just giving us the run around. We were able to get our order taken care of extremely painlessly. Our order is on its way and we couldn’t be happier and so incredibly thankful for Nate’s help in every way from the 7 pm calls and troubling questions that we had to the minor details. Would highly suggest my buddy Nate! Nowhere else to purchase your spa and accessories but Hotspring spas. Thank you!

Brighton did an outstanding job working with me to select a shuffleboard. The same level of service was experienced when the shuffleboard was delivered, both delivery guys were professional and setup the board perfectly. I will be recommending this store to everyone.
