Great service, friendly people, amazing selection for your pets, delivery is definitely a plus for those days you really need something and can’t get out. Love the selection of dog chews and the cbd treats they carry that definitely helps my little max with his anxiety and submissive urination.

I absolutely love the professionalism of this business! They have wonderful knowledge on proper animal care compared to bigger companies who may simply push sales rather than ensure animal health and safety. They have more answers than I would've imagined, and if the workers are unsure, they are willing to double check and get right back to you. (Aug 2019) My son was depressed due to his dog crossing the rainbow bridge in April, it was a few months and he still wasn't himself. One day we stopped by Packy's because our other dog needed a new collar, and as we walk in, our sons spirit perked up. There by the checkout was going to be his new Friend. A new fur baby, an pet we never thought would be part of our family. A crazy, must always run the room Ferret. The gentleman & Lady were very kind, and helpful to make sure to answer all questions. You guys brought the smile back to my teenage son. He loves his Ferret! So THANK YOU.. Thank you for being great staff/owners/employees that take time to talk with the customers.
