Would not recommend taking your RV to this place, any company that charges as much per hour as they do should have their invoices detailed as to what they did and how long it takes, I trusted them and got screwed for hundreds of dollars. They charged me for a repair that was not done and the owner told me he doesn't know anything about motor home AC systems. Pretty sad when the owner can't step in when his employees don't show up. I found a very good and respected company in Clio that fixed my system and actually told me it was just a reset button, very sad Travel Land didn't even try to see what the problem was like the other company did even after the second company admitting they were limited in knowledge of the system. They could have screwed me like Travel Land but told me the truth and charged me accordingly.

Trave Land recently did major repairs on my lot model trailer. My first communication was directly with the owner. Bob was very willing to work with me on the difficult logistics of such a large unit. Throughout the entire process, he kept me up to date on what was being done and made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. Bob and his staff have gone above and beyond to ensure that we received quality work and friendly service.

Called on a camper before making the 2hr drive to look at it. Steve in sales assured me the unit was flawless and in impeccable condition. Needless to say when I arrived, it was nothing even remotely close as described. To make matters worse, he stated someone was going pay his asking price and told me to have a good day. They owe me 40 in gas

I spoke with Steve and he was very professional and helpful. I'm from out of state but he still took the time to answer all my questions. Although we did not end up purchasing the travel trailer, I recommend anyone in the market for one, definitely check out Travel Land RV Center.
