Awful connection that is constantly interrupted. I have to have a second data plan on a tablet so I can actually participate in zoom meetings. If you contact the customer service they’ll tell you something like; “we’re aware of the outage and we do have an open ticket in service area” only to never fix the issue. We haven’t had a reliable connection for over 6 weeks now. They will also never offer credit or anything for all of the lost time with their service. Stay away from this business if you can.

Although service is not yet installed, Shore Waves has done a superb job of diagnosing and coming up with what appears will be a solution for our property, whose terrain and location make getting internet service very challenging. This solution involved a lot of extra work by the technicians on the ground and by their back office with a near by landowner to relocate some equipment. And the front office has done an excellent job of handling my frustration that the installation requires more time than originally thought.

Fast internet but only for 1% of the time. Half of the time it's down and the other half it's slow. There's a lot of lag spikes especially when online gaming. Not even worth it
