I called HDC and was answered by an extremely rude receptionist by the name of Erica. I was calling because I needed assistance on more information about an application I submitted. I was simply trying to explain to her my situation and see if she can further assist me and give me any information that may help me, she was rushing me off the phone and did not let get a word out and after I was trying to speak hung up the phone on me. I have left numerous of messages and nobody has returned my phone call. I’m very much disgusted on how future tenants are treated especially during a difficult time for most of us. After many messages left nobody has returned a phone call.
