These people don't know their @ from their elbow. I was advised to pay off a debt from 6 years ago, even though that is not in my best financial interest (collections drop off from your credit report after 7 years). Stay away from HDF!!!

HDF was a very good experience for me. Every one I worked with Mary Alice, Kathryn, were helpful every step of the way. They are very knowledgeable about their products and were patient with me. They explained everything in details and took my phone calls every time. It was a easy process for me. I 100% recommended using the HDF.

I have had a Great experience with HDF. I was approved for two loans that helped me purchase my first home with an almost 0 down payment. I am very greatful that I was encouraged to apply by my loan officer with Peoples United Bank

HDF was helpful in getting me to close on my first home. Be mindful it is alot of paperwork. There are different parties that don't always communicate with each other, but if you do everything they say.... there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Have patience!! Enjoy the process.
