We needed a custom piece of glass for a built-in desk in our newly built home. We contacted several glass fabricators for quote and Absolute Glassworks was the first to respond. Their price was fair, their customer service excellent, and the turn-around time was less than a week. Installation guys were prompt, professional, and efficient. The glass looks great! Very pleased.
Used the company for more than 18 years, never had a problem until recently when they refuse to help me, i wanted to come to some agreement for an installation, but they inform me that they rather give me my money and not help me. Did not give me all the hardware to install as well as manager was not somebody who wanted to help a customer. I was so disappointed and upset that for 18 year of using them came down to this
