Just moved here and everything has been great! I absolutely love the choice I made to move here! Great pool. My husband loves the gym very clean! I must say that Mr Douglas is the best. He came to fix one thing and I shared something else and he got on it right away even without a work order! Very nice maintenance guy! Everything about the property you will love. This is my honest opinion :)

I would like to tell the current RESIDENTS to check their rent in balance history(which they show just for the current month- for a reason). These people add extra/double charges on your rent; like water, trash income, and unit insurance even if you have it from 3rd party. I checked my rent and I see they have charged me more than usual on water and trash income. I see this substantial increase over the period of last 6 months for 1 person in 2bb. Moreover, a hell lot of ROACHES in the unit.. but no one at front desk cares for that..(Just posting the pictures for the FUTURE RESIDENTS- DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE EXCEPT IF YOU LIKE ROACHES).

Maintenance is always great!! Douglas came by today to fix my door, and was nice enough to also fix my stovetop that I haven’t had a chance to put a work order in for yet. So accommodating and also extremely respectful the whole time he’s working. Amazing I don’t have to wait to use my stove now. I greatly appreciate all of the maintenance guys here!

Special shout out to Naveera at the front office. She is very kind and professional. Excellent job. So far loving the place. Destiny and Danielle in the office were also helpful to me during the application process, follow up questions. Kudos to the whole team. Mr. Douglas the maintenance person is very good and efficient in attending repair calls and solving the repair work

I am pleased to say thus far my stay at Advenir @ Milan has been great. It started out great but during the process it became a bit nerve racking. But thanks to Naveera for stepping up to assist me the transition went smooth. Naveera, has been pro active in assisting me with my request thus far without hesitation.
