I have been at Advenir at Stone Park for almost a year, and I have enjoyed my experience living here. The location is so convenient, walking distance to shopping and food. I am planning on extending my lease for another year, but I wanted a bigger unit. The front office staff is always helpful. Especially Elda, she was the first person to help me when I moved in a year ago, and she helped me find a bigger unit today. She was able to answer all of my questions and make the experience stress free. I always have a pleasant experience in the front office, helpful staff, amenities are great and I have enjoyed staying here and making this my home.

Toured the apartments, really enjoyed the amenities, floor plan, location and the customer service provided by Veronica. Everyone in the office was kind. The location is close to my office with lots of restaurants near by.

Fernando came to do a maintenance check for my apartment. I told him a few requests I needed to be fixed. He said he’d put it in with the from office. A maintenance man came out in less than 30 minutes to fix all of my requests. Anytime I have an issue or question Chasity at the front office is always there to help. She is AWESOME!! My experience has been great living here.

Shamara,chastity,Jordan’ are Wonderful employees and helped me and my wife with everything and showed us our apartment and helped us with our lease . We want to let anyone know that they can go to them anytime because they never once gave us a attitude. We have always and will continue to go to them . Thank you for making us feel so welcomed !
