Alert360 gets five stars for professionalism and expertise. My Technician, John, was outstanding! He contacted me four hours ahead of the visit to coordinate with me. He showed up early and was ready to go. He greeted me professionally and explained the entire job to me before starting work. John answered all my questions and even performed a system upgrade within record time. When he was done, John explained how the new upgrade better serves our security. I’m grateful for Alert360 and I feel very safe having my family protected by their system. Great job by their team...thank you guys.

I have been with the company Central Security until the name change to Alert 360', for over 8 to 9 years. I have not had any issues with my alarm system. Someone is always available to answer questions 7 days a week.. I just added the camera doorbell today (11Jan 2021) and very excited about it. My person who installed it also, installed my alarm 2 yrs ago here at my new house... I requested him again,, he is very nice, on-time, dependable and very professional. I want to say Thank You to Nick for installing my alarm in 2018, and now my Camera doorbell. And explaining my new device. I recommend Alert 360' and Nick. I am very Happy and pleased.
