I tried their pizza pretzel for the first time and It was very good. Pretzels aren't usually my thing unless they have cinnamon sugar on them but their pizza pretzel is on point. You should try it!!

The pretzel was neither hot not soft. It was too salty.

Today was not my first time at this establishment. The service is always pretty good and the raisin pretzel that I wait 10 minutes for...is worth the wait. However, the girl who was rolling the dough, stuck her hand in her pocket to send a text and the proceeded to roll more dough. She NEVER washed her hands!!!! I told the cashier Albert what I had observed and asked to speak with a manager. I was told the manager was not there but I asked that the meaaage be shared with management. I don’t believe food inspectors would approve of an unsanitary employee handling customers food. She was the only female visibly working there today but I didn’t get her name. This needs to be corrected.

My first experience at this location was NOT a very good one at all. I ordered a pretzel dog and a large sweet tea. For almost 7 you would at least think you could get a pretzel you can eat. This was not the case today. The pretzel looked kinda dark on the top which was ok, i can deal with that. It wasn't until after I got to my car to go back to work that I realized that when I took a bite out of it that it was burnt to a crisp on the bottom. The dog its self is over cooked and like chewing on eraser. Needless to say I won't be back. Worst first experience ever.

I love warm pretzels!! But these are not very consistent with taste because every visit is different. Some are very warm and delicious. Some are not warm and hard to chew. I'm going to assume on this one, and some of the extra ones from yesterday are warmed up and served today as fresh. However, that's not even the major issue I have. On the last 3 visits a few of my workers have asked for the Pretzel Dog. EVERY ONE OF THEM HAVE BEEN SERVED WITH UNCOOKED DOUGH. The outside appears that it has been cooked and is light to dark brown. But the inside dough is not cooked it's raw. I certianly do not understand how on 3 visits and after a total of 13 Pretzel Dogs purchased every single one was the same. There certianly won't be a 4th visit. Nasty!

Ok, here's what you get for 9.41: 2 pretzel dogs and a large lemonade. It was fine, no complaints about the food. So why 1 star? Dishonesty. The menu board behind the counter has pictures of the various combos. The one I ordered has the 2 dogs, the drink, and a little dipping cup of cheese dip or mustard. This is placed deliberately and intentionally to inform (not imply) that this dipper comes with the combo. When I asked for the mustard that clearly and obviously comes with it, I was told by the cashier that it would cost me 81 cents, on top of the almost 10 I'd already spent. When I pointed out that it was supposed to come with the order, I was told verbatim: "That's just a suggestion." I walked. I want to make it very clear that the teenage guy behind the counter was NOT rude in any way, just very matter-of-factly told me what he had been told to say. I say this in case any owner reads this and tries to abuse the staff for it, as if it were the messenger's fault. Note to Auntie Anne- Your food is overpriced by a factor at least 2 (I ate there out of convenience), but lying to customers, or (perhaps worse) sending the message that "you shouldn't have assumed, so it's YOUR fault" will get you nothing but one-time visits and a reputation that you richly deserve.
