zero stars. Surly attitude on an attempted phone order. I'll spare the details, the short of it is that after trying to order a part through their poorly functional website, I thought I would go old school and use their published 800 number for the order. Geez was that ever a mistake. She was too busy to speak to me and said she would call back in a minute. Incoming call with not caller ID. Sorry, I don't answer blind calls. So I called back on the 800 line to order the desired 60 part. I was given a surly attitude and a lecture as I was told they only use the 800 number for large orders. No such note in the site. After huffing she asked what I wanted. I had the part number, again off their website. She started to again to lecture about, 1st not having the part, and 2nd not knowing what the part was. I wish I had a recording. One can only imagine how they run the business.
