Worse customer service! I called to get exact location. She asked was this my first time shopping there and if I had a Sales Tax ID. I said yes and yes. I went in, felt like I was being booked in the county jail. I had to put my purse in a locker. They asked what exactly was I looking for, I told them I just wanted to look around and see if they have everything that I normally order online. She acted like she didn’t want me to look around by myself. Nothing is priced so every time I brought beads to her and asked a price, seems like she was just making up a different number each time. They are Hispanic and was very pleasant to the Hispanic customers but very cold to me. I finally finished picking out my beads, when I get to the counter, she tells me oh this is not enough, your first time you have to spend 250 and every time after that 100. I asked why didn’t you tell me that when I told you this was my first time here?? I didn’t have time to ship around for 250 worth I’d beads. left everything on the counter and left. I will never return again!

The best wholesale jewelry supply store in my opinion. The prices are great. Some people mention that they get upset because sometimes the prices change from time to time, but even with these changes they still have the best deals on most of their items. And... this place is huge! It would take a week or more to see everything. I love this because I see new items every time I go. They also add lots of new items too. They are using a new system on their pewter that makes it so much easier to find what you are looking for. I love this place. After years of buying here I still get excited every time I go.
