Shawn Parks and the talented instructors at Bojangles are the best music school in town. They are musicians and tailor the lessons to the students music genres, interests, and skill set. They are passionate about music and it is displayed in their approach to teaching. They provide a quick video at the end of each lesson to recap what to work on between lessons, provided via private youtube link. I can't count the number of times I have utilized the videos between lessons. I strongly recommend anyone, beginner to professional, to take lessons at Bojangles. You will not be disappointed.

This school is the best. The lesson re-cap video messages and follow-up are a real plus. Flexible scheduling, and instruction tailored to my varying tastes and rudimentary skills. I am (still) really enjoying this. No matter your skill level or age, you will find what you're looking for here.

They're not just teaching rudimentary music skills, but also how to think about, understand, and feel the music, so you can apply the skills you're learning. I started taking lessons from him in my early teens, and I still carry the impact he made on my love for music to this day. If you have young one's interested in learning guitar, send them to Shawn.
