The most friendly staff ever and amazing service. The ice cream was really creamy and flavorful, the shaved ice cream had a unique texture and was still very creamy. We also got the chance to try a new item- cinnamon waffle ice cream sandwich that I will dream about Just to right now... you won’t regret it!

I'm convinced this place is a front for a money laundering operation. They are either never open, or when they are, they are incapable of rendering any kind of service and have no idea what any of their products even is. What's bubble tea? They don't know, even though there are pictures of it on their front door. I tried to purchase bubble tea three separate times. Once, they didn't have any tapioca cooked. Then, they had four employees and none of them even knew how to make it. Another time, all their bubble tea powders had expired from sitting on a shelf as decoration to cover for whatever criminal activity is actually going on. Today, I arrived to find their front door bashed in, likely from one of their bosses in the drug cartel.
Its over 100 degrees outside wanted to take my kids for ice cream. They wanted to try this place pictures . Google look really good, Its 6 PM wednesday and its CLOSED. no schedule on door or anything. Google said it closed at 9pm but was closed at 6. It was a 20 minute drive. Was disappointed
I bought a deal on LivingSocial and was going to treat my hubby for his birthday. I’m sitting in front of the building and it’s closed with no information about hours. I tried to call and no ones answering and no option to leave a message. This is horrible. Don’t buy local living social coupons because the businesses will close without warning and you’ve lost your money. This is the second time it’s happened to me.

There is always something they're out of stock on but they are very delicious and reasonably priced.
Place is never open regardless of what they say their hours are.
