The cash on the financials do not equal. There has not been any assessment income booked in the last 3 months. The assets and liabilities do not match. The reserves are not separate and therefore do not equal on each side. Janae

Worst management company and HOA ever. Can we give them a zero star?

Living at Lakes of Bridgewater has been good for the most part. Unfortunately, the HOA is not one of reasons why it has been good. I have consistently seen my share of silly grievances that lack common sense. i.e. A storm door is to protect a house from rain coming in. We had it professionally installed and practically the same color as the front door yet the HOA was annoyed because we didn't ask permission so we needed to take it down if we didn't provide any paperwork. It is nauseating. The annual payments are due and yet we pay FAR more to maintain duck migrations. The priorities are questionable at best.

The lack of common sense and outright negligence of our common areas by our HOA and the management company have made our deed restrictions an abomination. The HOA has not done their part to keep up with our common areas to set an example for the community. I feel VERY strongly that ANY HOA MUST have all their responsibilities pristine before they send out violation letters to residents. THEY, the HOA violate our trust, misuse our financial resources, and do not fulfill their fiduciary DUTIES when they let our common areas ROT and become dilapidated, unsightly, and unsafe. COMMON AREAS FIRST - THEN LETTERS sent with common sense, compassion, and flexibility. All HOAs need to lead by example.
