Looks like chop shop. Crowded. If you don't speak Spanish.. Your screwed. Lady.came up to us trying to sell stolen car parts. She almost got her eye dotted. Ugh.

I took my car to the shop on Wednesday to get my traction control and stabilizer fixed. 7000 Synott rd They didn’t get to it on Wednesday. I went to pick it up Thursday. I paid and went to my truck. When I got in the truck I noticed the door handle area was broke. I went and got the manager he came and looked and went to get his worker. As the worker approached he says to me here it is everything is perfect except you still have those two cracks on your dashboard. I immediately said no it only one by the airbag. He proceeded to show me a crack by my steering wheel. They cracked my dashboard very bad while trying to fix my car. The manger then says it’s on recall from Chevy. I said that has nothing to do with it. Chevy didn’t send me a letter. I started crying and Amir the manager yelled aT me aNd stated if I don’t be quiet he not going to do nothing. We went back and forth and I then told him I’m going to call the police. He then stated to me he would handle it and take it to the dealership tomorrow (which is today). He called this morning stating he took it to his friend at the Chevy shop And his friend told him they just use dashboard covers. He then informed me I either take the dashboard cover or I can just take him to court. I recorded our entire conversation. At this point I want my truck to be fixed the proper way. He wasn’t happy with the amount to replace what he broke and he is not happy that I don’t want to settle for a 60 bandaid.
