The Dr was nice enough although he did nit seem to know that thinning hair is a symptom of hypothyroidism. The reason for the score is because of the rudeness of his staff. They have a girl that answers the phone who has hung up on me many times. She raised her voice at me and was falsely accusing me of no shows. I had only been there one time. I spoke with the office manager, Michael who apologized and promised to send me my test results. Not only did I not receive my test results, I called back in only to be treated rudely again and hung up on again. I cannot go to a Dr who cannot run his office any better than this and has no control over how his patients are treated. I will NEVER go back and I would never refer this Dr to anyone. No one should be treated this way.
