My experience with drive with pride was AWESOME! They had this new sales guy by the name of Will. (ASK FOR HIM WHEN YOU GO). So, I was in the need for a second vehicle and I was browsing there lot to see what they had and Will comes out very professional and courteous and I explained to him what my needs where and what type of vehicle I wanted. I wanted a Jeep and he did everything he could to get me into the jeep I wanted. He didn't push anything I did not want and that is what you need from a car sales person. Not someone to sell you something but someone to educate you on the car buying process. He explained all of the features of the vehicle and the application process is very simple and did not take long at all. I left the same day within a few hours with my jeep. They detailed it inside and out and they offer extended warranties on vehicles. I have been to several dealerships in the past and this one by far was the best. The staff was excellent including Will who made my car buying experience painless. Thanks Drive with Pride! Please hire more people like Will!
This dealership gave me a car to drive after giving 1000.00 deposit to hold. After taking this car to my mechanic for his inspection he found the rear tire was showing belts about to blow... I took pictures of this bad tire and called the dealership and was told to go ahead and replace and I'll be getting a refund. They couldn't get this vehicle note at the amount we informed them we would pay because the vehicle had too many miles per outside finance company. We were refunded the 1000.00 but not the cost of the replaced tire. I provided a receipt soon as I brought the car back. Everything was good until the deal fell thru... Shady Dealership that's too bad still have vehicles to buy but Not from there!!!
Went here off a recommendation. A close friend told me about Drive with Pride as i was in need of a new vehicle. I'm so grateful of that friend. This place was awesome. I was helped out by a gentleman. His name was Evan. Made the whole process just simple and easy. No BS from Evan, he was very professional and a straight shooter. Overall Great experience.
I was driving by this place and I decided to check it out. I am purchasing a new vehicle in the next month or so. So i wanted to browse and get a feel for some vehicles. I was greeted by a nice man by the name of Evan. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. This guy knew his stuff. He gave me some information on vehicles i was interested in. I will definitely be back to purchase a vehicle with Evan. Cant wait to pick up new vehicle.
I typically never leave reviews for companies but I absolutely had to leave one for this car lot. I'm sure everyone can agree with me that car shopping is very frustrating and you deal with a lot of sharks, but this place I had the best experience. I was at my breaking point ready to give up before coming here. I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Dwayne Daniels. He was very pleasant and put me so much at ease, he even had a sense of humor that was enjoyable and very much needed at that point. He knew his stuff right off the bat. His conversation with me to understand what I was looking for was the best I have had in buying previous vehicles at other places. You can tell he wasn't just trying to make a sell. After giving me a few options and breaking things down to me where I would be able to understand everything I was getting and the type of car that would fit all of my needs and still have a luxury look to it I finally settled for a 2012 Chevy Malibu. It took me about 2 days to think it over before making my final decision, he even gave me a call to see if he could be of any more assistance during those days of deliberation but was far from pushy. I absolutely love this car. It is spacious with a big trunk but still has a nice ride and cute look. I'm so glad I came to this place. I will definitely recommend it and definitely recommend you talk to Dwayne.
My boyfriend, Anson and myself (Cecilia) were helped by Eddie. He was welcoming and helpful in every aspect of purchasing a vehicle. Eddie was respectful, efficient and followed through to the end. We were able to drive off with the vehicle the same day all within a two hour period. I highly recommend using Drive With Pride to purchase your next vehicle. You will not be disappointed.
