Don't purchase anything from this company. We made a purchase in one of their stores and never received our goods on the plane. They only will give you a refund option and not make the customer experience a positive one.

AVOID STRESS & BULL*&% AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. Horrible experience & worse customer service out of all the duty-free shops I've encountered internationally. Was forced to buy here as the other duty-free store was closed that day. Store clerk Bassam J entered all of my information wrong, except for my first and last name, like sabotage for purchasing a box of cigarettes, or he needs a new pair of glasses. Flight number was WRONG; not even close to my actual flight number. Therefore, gate, destination & time of departure were also ALL WRONG. I waited for it at my gate and finally had to board my plane (last out of everyone) to avoid missing my flight and ended up not receiving my duty-free purchase at all.

Staff is not friendly and was screaming at us when we asked for a refund since our flight got cancelled and the duty free things we bought didn’t get through security again. Would not recommend that place! P.s.: Even the perfumes are more expensive there then in the store back home!

I was promised a 20% discount if I spent over 150 on cologne and never received it. And when I spoke with the in store rep that "promised" me the discount after my purchase she just said oh well. Worst customer service ever!

Terrible service my wife paid for a bottle of licor, and they didn’t bring the bottle to the airplane so she in Ecuador, and try to call customer service but Ins unable to speak with nobody to get Kherson money back Nobody should buy anything from Duffy fee. Milton SOLORZANO. / Ana Vera
