I went in for a deep tissue massage and Adrian was amazing? All the knots, kinks, tight muscles. I felt amazing after I left! I workout hard and lift so I really needed someone who knew what they were doing. He did! The front staff were sweet and nice. All around it was a great experience! I highly recommend Adrian, especially for those who work out hard and/or lift.

Had a great hot stone massage. The desk staff were very friendly, and I never felt pressured to sign up for a membership or get the extras like I have at other places. I would definitely go back.
I recommend Elements and Adrian. He got deep into my knots and the source of my neck pain. Use the monthly pay ahead plan to ensure you have atleast 1 massage per month!
The office staff is very friendly and accommodating!! Otilia was my massage therapist and did such a great job! She talked to me beforehand to make sure she knew what I needed or was expecting. She made sure the pressure was ok throughout, and then she made recommendations for me at the end. I feel so much better after my massage and highly recommend this place!
This is an exceptional massage in the Houston Galleria area. Highlights are wonderful customer service and high quality beds. It is in a shopping center with a nice sushi place and several other restaurants.
Had a 1 hr swedish massage and it was great. Ambience and service was good too. 1hr massage starts at 89 but they offer a month to month plan that brings it down to 59
