I have been to 2 other storage facilities in downtown Houston and AAA Storage by far has been the best. Lisa the manager is very helpful. The prices are as low as I could find (better hurry befor they realize how low they are!) And the place is super clean and safe (cameras) which I always appreciate.
Great management. They go above and beyond. Very kind and respectable. Place is kept clean. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice, friendly, place to store their belongings.
I am impressed with the people who work for AAA storage. They really treat me like family. Mrs. MICHELLE is so bubbly and sweet that she keeps me laughing. The place is ALWAYS clean. One day my bike was dirty and she literally washed it. I knew from that point on I wouldn't have any other storage.
It was wonderful storing our things here while we were waiting for our home to be built. Michelle who manages customer service for this location has to be one of the kindest and most responsive people I have ever had the pleasure to interact with! Clean and exactly what you want in a place where you store the contents of your home. Very pleased and happy to recommend!
