Very friendly, helpful and clean. I went on Valentine's day and bought everything I needed. This place is the best! I tasted the food when I got home and was very surprised at how delicious it was. I highly recommend this!

They have lots of appealing pastries. We got opera and red velvet cheesecake and both were delicious. French pastries that I've tried were sometimes too americanized and too sugary but this place does an excellent job. The service was courteous and quick.
I have been to Flo Paris many times. It is really one of the best bakery in Houston. I love all their cakes and croissants. Although,employees are very overbearing and unwelcoming . There is one girl nice but she is not always around when we visit. It is not easy to ask about the menu or ingredients, one time I was asking about a cake, and one employee asked me to look on google or Facebook for its ingredients! Place is clean. Mask is required.
got a last minute catering order, and Karine went above and beyond to have everything for us. the food was delicious and we will definitely order from there again. thank you for the yummy food.
I ordered an Opera cake for my wife's birthday. The service on the phone while ordering, as well as the service at the store for pick-up, was excellent. The cake was beautifully decorated and delicious for a reasonable price. I also could not help myself and grab some of the pastries they had at the shop. I enjoyed them and they were a hit with the rest of the family.
