I cannot give this business even 1 star. I asked the technician to please not remove the nozzle from the end of the hose every time they clean because the washer is constantly falling out and getting lost. He snapped backed, “No, I won’t do that because it takes too long.” There is a jet attachment on my nozzle that is virtually no different than his jet attachment. Our fountain is a tall planter, not big at all. It would not take any longer to use our nozzle than his. What offended me was his sharp “No.” When I reminded him I was the customer and did not like the tone he took with me, he shouted, “F... it” and stormed off continuing to yell as he walked away. It is hard to imagine someone would react this way from a very simple request to use our nozzle. His tone showed udder disrespect that I have never experienced before. I have never been sworn out by anyone who has done work at our residence. Needless to say I cannot recommend this company.
