Been here a couple of times now. This is technically fast food but quite good. The meat patties are larger than the bun. Staff is friendly and helpful. They try to accommodate requests. If they can make the French fries crunchier (like In-n-Out), I'd give them 6 stars. Definitely recommended.

Okay, second time at Freddy's. First time, I pulled the crispy edges off, but tonight I decided to eat the hamburger as designed. I had the bacon & cheese double steak burger. The bacon was a little under cooked, but overall a good combo. For desert, I opted for the mini turtle concrete, which was an excellent choice.
Quite nice for the \fast food\ category. Friendly staff, clean, not expensive.
I went through the drive-through today and the car in front of me ordered right when I did because they have two lanes when I got to the window the car in front of me sat there for a good 5 or 10 minutes. I’m not exaggerating. When I got to the window my food was ready and I asked him what took so long I’ve never had that long of a wait in a Freddys line in my life. And they said oh we’re so sorry we’re so sorry yeah we’re so sorry no explanation the older lady there let the young kid apologize and she didn’t say a word kind of strange. So then I got my food my chili dog was swamped in chili in a Styrofoam container and I couldn’t have possibly picked it up unless I had a whole stack of napkins. there was no way to eat it. the chicken sandwich that I paid for cheese didn’t have any cheese on it. So when I call back and talk to the manager they never are helpful they always make excuses and try to tell me well that’s just the way it is have a nice day. I ask why they didn’t give me mustard for my chili dog and he said well we don’t put mustard on chili dogs. And I said well could you at least put mustard in my bag because a chili dog without mustard is kind of like USA without Chevrolet and apple pie it’s ignorant. I told old the little man that I won’t be back I’m tired of excuses and unless I eat inside I’m not gonna get what I want my bad. Dead Freddy you got some real fools running the Kingwood store. The other day I bought some Freddys and forgot my milkshakes so when I called the store and said hey I forgot my milkshakes. My fault. The manager said well you got to come back today Or we’re going to forget you ever bought a milkshake from us because our policy is if you left something behind you need to come back today and get that refund because Over and out we don’t give you a credit.
Get your Steak Burger on! Flatly pressed patties off the griddle and served on toasted buttered bun. All cooked to order, but still super fast. Scrumptious, Tasty sauces, the fry sauce especially, and the fry seasoning has the perfect kick! I got the kids combo and was full, only set me back 5 - I would recommend this place if you like pressed burgers. They also specialize in frozen custards if your just looking for a cold treat on a warm Texas night.
