I cannot say enough wonderful things about Genesis BCS. I needed a new phone system and worked with Kyle and he could not have been more helpful. Later I found out there was nothing wrong with my phone system. He explained all the ins and outs of the technology and made me feel that I was making the right decision with my purchase which was comforting since I am not a big technical person. I have had an ESI phone system that I purchased through Genesis for 7 years without one bit of trouble. I will most certainly be going back to Genesis with any other phone system issues I may have. What excellent service.
