Have dealt with HH for several years and have never had any issues. Have had repairs done and if parts arent readily available they communicate with you to see if you can wait or if they need o find another option . Very Professional and prompt even considering the circumstances with other places being closed

Got a chop saw motor replaced for 181.98. It took over a month for repairs and it burnt up a week later- they covered it under warranty. I called today and Natalie said that it has been ready for a month. Had my Cell phone number, office Number and email. Never received any communication that my saw was ready for Pick up (Natalie says she called my cell phone number But I have no missed calls or voicemails) Natalie is the most unprofessional \Business owner\ I have ever met. Picked my saw up today (4.5 months after original drop off date) It works, We'll see if it lasts. Spend the extra 100 and buy a new tool from someone else
