This is best apartment I’ve ever lived at! Management always updates residents when there is to be an issue throughout the building such as a water shut off. The amenities are amazing! With the gym here you don’t even need a gym membership because it has everything you need and more. They also have a sauna and steam room! Sam at the concierge is one of the most helpful people! I would highly recommend this property for anyone wishing to upgrade their living! Working in the medical center this location is extremely convenient.

So, I've lived here for just about a year and the reason I'm moving is I purchased a home. However, if I did not, I would most certainly have renewed my lease. The views are fantastic and I do enjoy having them every day. I will say that my stay here has been great and although there were some minor things when I first moved in, they were quickly taken care of in particular due to Stephan Deng. Edit: Added some balcony views from my floor(13).

Hermann Hanover was 1 of 4 of my options when choosing my new home. I decided to tour Hermann Hanover first and let me just say, I’m honored to call Hanover home. Stephen met me at the door with a warm smile and welcoming spirit. He was very thorough with knowledge of the building and the Hanover family. I was delighted leaving knowing Stephen helped me find exactly what I was looking for within my budget. Thank you Stephen for exceptional hospitality!

I found this park when I was out visiting my friends. It was a great place to eat lunch while enjoying the views. It is in a centralized location. A place I enjoyed and could see going back. There were some friendly people I encountered.

My wife and I stayed here for more than three years. While it used to be a decent place back in 2017 it all went down from there. It got really bad in 2020 when a a change in the neighborhood became evident. We left this place because of rude and even violent neighbors, the constant smell of weed during all times of the day as well a non-responsive management. Yes: it is easy to be impressed by the gym, pool and sauna. But in all reality what is it really worth if ruthless new neighbors bring in their families and friends in groups of dozens. Any kind of policy (non-smoking, no glass in the pool, ...) has been disregarded by that kind of visitors. Not sure why Hanover is allowing such people in the building. We reached the bottom of the barrel when in late 2020 there were a couple of incidents with criminal behavior ranging from robbery to countless drug hand-overs in front of the building. In the parking garage 4 rims were stolen from a car right next to our truck. In the elevator we were intimidated by visitors of a certain kind of neighbors when asking them to please pay attention to Covid protocol (wear face mask, keep distance, only 2 per elevator). They were visibly under the influence and smelling terribly of weed. In 2017 and 2018 there has been an officer on site. However it seems this has been discontinued to reduce cost and drive up profit. We didn’t feel safe any more with that kind of people and hence left early.
