Such a beautiful property. Everything is always clean and pristine. The staff is so welcoming. Joseph Aveiga is my absolute favorite leasing agent! His customer service is top notch. He is always super friendly and willing to answer any questions with a smile on his face. He makes me feel so comfortable here. Overall, Hanover is a wonderful place to live and if you ever need help or have any questions definitely ask for Joseph!

HRO is in a great central location between downtown and Galleria area. Walking distance to several restaurants, bars, and shops. HEB will be right across the street. The amenities are impressive, especially the equipment and size of the gym. More cabanas would have been nice in the pool area. Just like Hanover Montrose, the common areas are well designed and maintained. However, the materials in the units, such as the woodwork and cabinetry are under par. Moved in April 2020. Concierge was welcoming, but still figuring out essential services - ie how to open the docking station and freight elevator. It seems management has improved after the whole Covid fiasco in the early months. There is still construction going on in some of the higher floors (as of 9/6/20), and two of the four elevators are used for that purpose only. Wait times for elevators are longer than normal as more people are moving in. Overall it's been a nice experience.

I toured this property recently and fell in love. Location is ideal since I work in the city. Amenities such as the gym & pool were stunning. Joseph Aveiga, the leasing agent, provided me with the most seamless & exceptional customer service. He answered the million questions I had without hesitation. Joseph's hospitality made me feel welcomed & at home. This alone has highly made me consider moving to Hanover. Most leasing agents are only in it for the sale but you can tell that Hanover staff really cares about their residents.

I was extremely impressed! When I was looking to move I heard from word of mouth to check out the Hanover! Joseph (fabulous hospitality) gave me a tour of the facilities and he was there to answer all my questions. No complaints. A beautiful building with amazing views.

I have had the pleasure of working with Joseph Aviega and he is amazing!! He has the best attitude, work ethic and just an all around pleasure. He made our move-in process a breeze and went above and beyond to help facilitate all our needs and help us with EVERYTHING we needed. He has definitely set the bar when it comes to customer service and I would highly recommend anyone to work with him when it comes to your renting needs. He is super resourceful too, pretty much feels like he is your friend when you talk to him.

Came in for a tour yesterday and I was blown away from the moment I walked in. Very impressive facilites and Joseph the leasing agent who helped me during my tour was extremely hospitable and knowledgeable about the property. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me great recommendations as to which apartment would best fit my needs while staying within my budget. Everyone I encountered, both residents and employees, were very nice and welcoming which really made the place feel like it could be home. The free valet was an awesome final touch to the whole experience, 10/10 recommend
