I took two intro sessions for beginner adult ballet. One was in October 2018 and one was April 2019. The classes were fun and I learned a lot. I retook the class because there was a bit of a break since I had taken one, but doing it a second time made me feel comfortable. The instructors are nice and it was a great class.

The Thursday night beginner ballet class is the best! I took the 6-week intro class a few years ago (highly recommend) and this class is a great next step. The explanations are clear, the teacher is encouraging, and it's fun! I've learned and grown a ton as a dancer.

What stands out the most about the MET is the positive learning environment the faculty facilitates and the welcoming energy of the entire studio. They offer a wide variety of classes, from Adult Ballet to Intro to Jazz, for all ages. I highly recommend taking classes at the MET!
