A few months ago I had my identity stolen and had to make a police report for some fraudulent activity, Initially there was some difficulty with the officer who answered the phone. This is to be expected as it is their duty to filter calls for the detectives etc. I explained my situation and was told to come in and report it. I was OOS at the time and was going to be a few week before I returned. I further clarified my situation and difficulties in coming to the office. I left my name and number and was told I would be contacted in due time. I was contacted and was able to make my report. Unfortunately another fraudulent occurrence has happened bit I will be able to report it in person. Thanks to HPD. You don’t have an easy job and are often not thanked enough for your efforts. Also big thanks for keeping folk safe during the recent Tropical Depression.

Horrible! Just rings and rings and rings! I got my car broken into in the area and there’s absolutely nobody to file a report with. What’s the use of having this listed as a station in the area if there’s no one to service your call????

Officer Torres was kind and courteous when I went to report an incident. Thank you HPD.

Called 3 times to request an officer to come out to my job to make a police report. All three times it rang until the busy tone started. If the number provided online isn't up to date then change it. Ridiculous.

While at HEB off Dunlavy several people parked in handicap without a placard or license plate. When calling this substation to report this problem the phone rang over 15 times but no one answered. Would hate to need a cop in a real emergency.
