Thank you to Calvin, Jeremy and Jeff from a Forever HAPPY CLIENT!!! Yesterday Jeremy came by, and the outcome was not surprising, but enormously appreciated. For context, yesterday was a seriously hectic day for me. Jeremy and the gentleman with him, which please forgive me I can't recall his name, came by to review the windows. They took their time to assess, review and summarize with me their findings. The results were that I may not have to purchase windows. However, I have a completely different issue that may or may not be impacting our windows. Jeremy's sincerity, experience and honesty were all the ingredients of a company that greatly values, and empowers their people. My career is in Service Delivery, and I know what it's like to tell a client the truth even when they least expect it. The truth always creates a long lasting relationship. Houston Window Experts has a loyal and long lasting client in me. Lastly, when time permits, I ask that you please share this with your boss, and Jeremy. Also, the kind gentleman that was him. We just had 31 Marvin windows replaced by Houston Window Experts and I cannot recommend them more highly! We are very particular and wanted the job done right - the first time. We met with 3 companies prior to taking on this project. Josh won our business by a landslide with his commitment to quality and promise to see the job through to the very end. Josh explained that they use their own crews, oversee it all and stand by their work. He did not disappoint. From the design process to ordering and then installation and painting - the job was done with professionalism and quality. The entire process - start to full completion was 5 days. They installed all 31 windows in a day and a half and then spent 3 FULL days fine tuning and painting. The construction crew - led by Brandon was amazing, the painters - led by Salvador were meticulous. The job wasn’t done until we were 100% satisfied. Windows are not the thing I was looking forward to spending money on but we needed them replaced and we wanted them done right... I’m am SOOOO happy we went with Houston Window Experts!!
I’m so glad that I hired Houston Window Experts to replace and update my whole house with new modern design featured windows, and they did such a great job, that I hired them again when I decided I wanted a new front door to match my new windows. Now, my modern update is complete with a matching elegant front door, installed by master installers. Josh came up with an idea to change the configuration of my windows to showcase my backyard feature, and it looks amazing.
