IDI has been a great support to the insulation industry. They are a well-established business in how they service customers, their knowledge of the product, and the many innovative ways of making things work. In experiencing the Houston branch I’d say this one wins the Merit Employee award! Fernando and Tim are very nice, however, The ONE MVP person that goes far and beyond the norm is TAYLOR Hodge. This individual can be reached anytime of the day or evening and his motive to get you what you need is always there. Not once is there a “closed” moment for him nor an inconvenient gesture. He answers your questions thoroughly and if additional information is needed, he always finds a way to get it. This is definitely a hard thing to come by these days so extremely pleased in knowing IDI has Taylor on their Team!
Have to give a shout out to my rep Taylor Hodge. Been in the Foam Industry for a long time and this man has never let me down. Almost like a wife, he is there through thick and thin, better or worse. I can only assume that IDI is an amazing Corporation that provides unwavered support! Hats off to you Taylor.
I wanna give a shout out to Taylor Hodge! I own a spray foam company and I can text or call this guy any time of the day and he's always quick to respond and get what ever our company is need of. I've even called and caught Taylor on vacation and he even made sure to take care of our orders from vacation. I find it hard to find good customer service anywhere and have never been disappointed when dealing with Taylor. Thanks Taylor for the amazing customer service and thanks idi for hiring good employees!
