Good fresh sushi at a reasonable price with nice & friendly service. The sashimi selection is very limited; but their sushi offering has a decent variety and the pieces are big. The katsu was prefectly fried on the outside and soft and tender on the inside.

The original owners of Hokkaido have opened a new affordable Japanese diner here. Even their menus are more or less the same. The daily special bento is what I usually get here, and it's an amazing deal; you get a little sampling of various entrees. Due to COVID, I unfortunately haven't tried their Teppanyaki menu, which is a new addition. You can definitely tell the food tastes like Taiwanese style Japanese food, but I'm definitely happy about the excellent value.
I really really enjoyed this place. Quick pick up. Everything tasted delicious. We ordered a variety of sushi to try everything, but we got food poisoning. Maybe a few pieces weren’t fresh? Not sure. Everyone I’ve spoke to had a great experience. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.
Great Japanese food with complimentary miso soup, red bean soup(sweet) and tea! Restaurant practice social distance dining that I appreciate during pandemic.
Big, fat, fresh sushi and sashimi pieces. Good selection at a great price. There is no table service so you place your order at the counter.
