first of all if you are someone searching for a job or looking to rent a house this is the paper to read, it is a good newspaper to find great opportunities, but if you are looking to work here it is a terrible company to work for. The general manager is very nice at times and the girls i worked with in classifieds were very friendly, well except for one. they train you, but when you have a question or need help its like they ignore you or get mad cuz you are bothering them. sometimes they dont even listen and they explain something that has nothing to do with your question. the \manager\ for the sales department always blamed stupid stuff on us, she never liked to hear our story if a customer calls to complain or if another worker calls to complain she was just quick to assume, actually they all were quick to make assumptions. i understand the customer is always right but to a certain point, they should really work on backing up their employees or they will start losing them like they have lost at least 10 in the past few months. but i thank their newspaper for helping me look for another job.
