Love this place!! BUT....I wish they would just wash their hands rather than wearing latex gloves. I watch them clean tables wearing those gloves and then they pour my sparkling water using the same gloves and place the screw top back on touching the top lip of the bottle with dirty gloves. PLEASE change gloves after cleaning tables or just simply wash your hands. I’m also a bit concerned when I see those same gloves slightly touch food when delivering dishes. This is the only reason for 4 stars. Would have been 5.

Anyone not eating here is crazy. One of best restaurants in Houston. Gougeres are a must. They’re heavenly soft pillows of deliciousness. Everything else I’ve ever had there has been good too. My young kids love it as well.

My first visit to this restaurant was right after covid allowed restricted dining to commence. I had wanted to visit this place for a long time. 4 of us dined and were all terribly disappointed. The restaurant was almost empty and the service was insanely slow. The water seemed very distracted or disinterested. Like we were an inconvenience. I knew my friends would not ever return after that evening. I decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I returned a few weeks ago and was so happy that I did. The restaurant was much busier, though still maintaining covid standards. This time the service was superb. The owners that I had always seen in their publications actually greeted us at the door with the hostess which was refreshing. The drinks and food were simply amazing! Exactly like I had hoped and expected. The menu to me, reads of an exciting, carefully curated culinary experience. This time it truly was. I enjoyed the energy and vibe of the restaurant much more this time. As a designer I enjoyed the eclectic decor and especially loved the bathroom design. I will definitely return again. I am determined to try everything on their menu!!!

The food and service is amazing. They have a huge patio with lots of space. Only drawback is no space heaters but otherwise, highly recommend!
