Esperanza and Stephen at Merida are wonderful people. The designs are spectacular and doing business with them is amazing. This was a long distance purchase over the phone. I will tell you when you speak to them you will be put at ease and have confidence with your purchase. Transaction was extremely smooth, professional and painless. The finished product is top notch, the pictures do not do the piece justice. I get compliments all the time on the unique design and quality of my wedding band all the time. I would absolutely do business with them again and recommend you call and build a relationship with them and get a beautiful piece of your own. As for value I was unable to match the quality and value of my ring let alone nothing I saw matched its beauty and personality. They will work with you to customize your piece to your liking. A nice touch I enjoyed was progress text and photos of my ring in the process it was fun to watch it come to life. My spouse and I got married on our 10th Year Anniversary. I originally wanted Esperanza and Stephen to make our wedding bands but I had to compromise for a custom made ring from Switzerland on one condition that Esperanza at Merida Diamonds gets to make my 10th Year Anniversary ring. I talked with Esperanza and immediately we got to work to create a ring that closely matches the wedding bands. When the rings are worn stacked, they actually look like one ring. They selected the best rubies to create a beautiful ring. I would recommend Merida Diamonds for a quality, custom made ring. Esperanza and Stephen are with you through the whole process. They are even happy to learn with you if you have an out-of-normal request. My wife and I are so happy we went to Merida for our engagement and wedding rings. Surpassed my expectations!!!! I’m getting married in less than a week. I bought a titanium wedding ring for my husband to be based on his career. In my gut it didn’t express how much I love and appreciate him. While casually searching the net I stumbled on Merida diamonds. I seen the ring as a photo on Pinterest and was immediatly attracted by the design. I contacted Mirada Diamonds an negotiated the design and cost of the ring. I put half the money down for Mirada to earn my trust as a customer. They sent photos of the manufacture of the ring doing a lost wax process. When the ring was complete with photos and inscription they sent high quality photos and I then paid the balance in full. The ring was sent FedEx with signature required. The FedEx box had padding inside. Then the ring box was padded and this had the actual wooden ring box inside. All in all this purchase was a honest and wonderful experience. The ring is absolutley handsome (i am a man), and of the utmost quality. They earned this 5 star review.
