Dr Alvin Barrow is one the best PCP Doctors I’ve had. Very personable, knowledgeable and cares about your well being. I have remained with Kelsey because my health matters and to have a doctor go above and beyond to ensure your well being is truly a blessing. The entire staff at this location is great, I just had to point out the one person who caters to my health with unwavering kindness and concern. I can’t leave it Dr Dorsey at this location. I don’t see him often, but he’s a great physician! Thank you all for caring! I will be posting about the good doctors at other locations with Kelsey.

Omg I love her. She knows how to talk to the kids at a level that they will understand. The visit went very fast and everything was just like it should be. They explained everything they were going to do and how long. I love it.

Dr. Ramirez is a wonderful Pediatrician. I brought my two sons to see her since my insurance was switched over to Kelsey Care. I am so happy that we found her and I feel so confident my kids are getting the best care. We were able to get an appointment very quick and she was thorough with my kids visit. Kelsey makes the check in process efficient and there is never a long wait either. Dr. Ramirez Nurse is also 5 stars too! She is quick to respond and help with the referral process and she kept us updated. When my kids needed lab work at this location their employees are impressive and they did not stick twice, especially with a squirming child! Their Radiology is also awesome. I highly recommend this location.

Dr. Sutherland has been my doctor for over 12 years and I could not ask for a better doctor. She is amazing! All of the nurses in that office are such great women. Dr. Sutherland's nurse Kirby is absolutely wonderful. She is such a joy to talk to. Thanks to Dr. Sutherland and her team for all they do!

Kelsey staff (optometry) are the best! I needed to be seen the same day 10/22, for eye irritation that began the previous evening 10/21. Baylor Clinic couldn't see me until 10/29! THANK YOU Kelsey!

GO ELSEWHERE!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!! How are you going to charge me 142 dollars at the front desk, while I am talking to a person face to face about costs, then send me a bill for 511.63 a month later without anyone telling why or explaining the costs to me? For more than 800, all they did was a face to face visit with a doc, and a urinary analysis. No one ever ever ever told me "you will be billed for X, Y, and Z" or that "X, Y, Z test cost X amount." I assumed that the outrageous cost of my visit (142 dollars) covered the costs of the urine test. This is obsurd pricing, and outrageous that no one explained any costs to me EVER. Please GO ELSEWHERE!!!

I wish I could find a lower star. I made an appointment for my son to get vaccine at 1:45Pm today at the Meyland clinic. I made the appointment last Friday. I went today and the nurse was not there. I was told she went to lunch. I called the scheduling service to find what happened. I was told that my appointment was canceled because the nurse need to go to lunch. In additional, they did not bother to notify me and I had to make another appointment. I have never seen anything as unprofessional as this in my life. I will take my whole family somewhere else going forward,
