I have had a great experience in this school. This style is for close quarter combat, what you are likely to encounter in the street. The ability to make a quick punch with a solid defense giving you the advantage. The workout has been fantastic! And my back pains have healed. At very minimum, It’s worth doing an introduction class.

This place is a space where what you put in is what you get. The training partners at this place are merely guides and in the end whatever skill you have crafted is earned. I’m glad I found a place that isn’t easy and people who are passionate about becoming the best that they can possibly be.
