These conferences spawned further initiatives and profession-specific discussion groups such as Evenings of Conversation for Young Professional Women, Culture and Core Beliefs lecture series, Women in Media seminars, and Women's Business Ethics Forum. In 2010 Murray Hill Institute expanded its operations to Houston, TX with the establishment of Murray Hill Institute-TX.
