Great customer service!!! My company used them to take us on a food tour around Austin and we could not be happier! Clean bus, friendly driver, on time, what else can you ask for from a professional shuttle company such as Nikko's. One of our group members left their cell phone on the bus and after calling in the manager on duty, he answered immediately then provided a resolution.
