I wish I could give 6 stars!! Jerry and his team are very professional and always ready to help if need arises. Excellent support even after initial installation. They take time to explain and setup the initial app settings and teach you to navigate through the app. Efficient and high quality service at a reasonable price. Thank you Jerry and Jeremiah for the excellent home automation!! Highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with having my TV mounted. The technician was at my place on time and ready to get to work. I’d never had a TV mounted before and I have to say this service is worth the price if you’re on the fence. Having this done made my room look bigger and more “chic”. I have to mention as well that I was impressed at how *knowledgeable* the technician was. It seems like he’s had a lot of experience with a variety of different types of technology and installation methods. Hope this review helps you make an informed decision! :)

We wanted to have video doorbells installed to replace our existing old-fashioned doorbells. NXT was highly recommended by my neighbor so we scheduled a consultation. They not only met our expectations but far exceeded them. They're very professional and offered high quality products and service. When issues arose, they were incredibly responsive in a very timely manner.

Jeremiah and Jeremy were the best from scheduling to service at my home. They were courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, patient with my questions, did a fantastic job without rushing and were very detailed and willing to move things around if I didn't like the way something was set-up even if they had already installed it. I had 3 TVs mounted and installed with the wires hidden and a Ring doorbell installed. They are coming back to set up a home theater system and replace my ADT alarm with a Ring system also. They came fully prepared in their work van that has all of the tools and wiring. They also clean up any messes they make including sweeping and vacuuming if needed. They worked straight for 7 hours and always were friendly and personable. I won't be going to anyone else if I have any needs for anything electronic/smart home/security needs!

This small business operated with professionalism during the installation at my home. Not only am I super happy about the end result, I was taught how to use it. Let me give you a bit of a back story as to why I decided to install some “smart home” devices. I fit your average home profile of a young professional, that is, I live by myself in a three story townhome. Now you can imagine how much work it is to walk up and down the stairs often and after a long day or when I’m in a rush, I tend to forget to turn things off. I wanted to make my life a bit more simpler and easy to manage. I did some research and saw that people were getting things installed that were WiFi enabled and connected to their device. That’s when I found NXT Level Smart Home and the owners, Jerry and Jeremiah. They came to my house to do a free consultation and figured out what I would benefit from versus trying to sell me on a bunch of stuff I may not have needed. At first I only wanted my TVs mounted and a doorbell but when I realized how much more convenient my life would become, I ended up getting some more things installed. I got two TVs mounted, a doorbell, a lock, a number of light switches installed, a thermostat, a timed outdoor plug, and a sensor that is connected to a door so when I let my dogs out the light turns on and off automatically. You quickly realize the convenience and ease of use when you can control everything from your phone. I know this review was long but I would say they gave me a great deal and operated with efficiency during the installation! I’ll be recommending NXT level smart home to all my friends and family. THANK YOU!
