Horrible company. They offer great introductory rates, but at the end of the contract it will go up 3 times what it was. I contacted them before the end of the contract, but they held my cancellation for two weeks before passing it onto my power company, so that I had to pay their ridiculous rates for those two weeks. I ended up paying over 200 more than I should have for those two weeks. When I called and complained, they just said what they did was legal, so they didn't care. Do not do business with this company!

My situation is the same as the other reviewers. I have had the worst possible experience with this company. They never told me that the fixed rate I was paying was over, and then they started charging me more than two times the previous price. As soon as I discovered this I cancelled the service, but they have continued to charge me. They seem to be a legal scam. I will try to report this abuse to the authorities. Meanwhile, please avoid them.
The support, the price, and the quality of the people are amazing. I would sign up with them again if I wasn't already under contract. Just a great company.
I signed up with Oasis energy and for the first 3 months my energy bill was cheaper but after that it was double what it was with BGE. This is a very deception company. They told me that if I don't renew it it will automatically go to the BGE energy provider. Then I noticed my energy bill became 2 times as high for about 3 months. I finally called BGE and they told me Oasis was charging me a \variable\ rate which is 2x as high as their rate. I immediately called Oasis and cancelled with them and they told me because I didn't respond to their renewal letter that they put my on a variable rate. I had recieved the renewal letter via email and I'm sure it went in my junk mail. This company is very deceptive. Don't use them.
Watch out! When the terms of your agreement are over, they jack up the rates to triple what you were paying. They don't have the courtesy to inform you when the contract is up. If you aren't watching you end up owing a ton of money and you might not catch it right away if your electric billing company has you on a budget plan.
