Because it can be fixed up to look very well inside it's very large living room is very large I got a balcony and a porch anything else that I need or want I'm going to put in here anyway so I like it because it's large I can put a lot of stuff in here and be able to move around without stacking stuff on top of each other

Moved to this condos at the beginning of the year 2020 . Reading all the reviews, I noticed that most of them are over a couple of years old and wanted to update whoever is reading them to make a decision either to rent or to buy . I’ll start with pros : 1.-Units are spacious , the one bedroom are over 725 sq ft , clean functional, rent very affordable compared to similar units 2.-Location, Location, Location , Houston is a vibrant city and Real State is top value . This condos are close to 290, 45N, 610 W , Galleria , and don’t forget the upcoming train station Houston /Dallas planned to what it used to be Northwest Mall . 3.-There’s no more pot holes in the parking lot 4.-Have not seen rats or roaches 5.-Management Company answers right away ( I called them on Saturday, they responded and on Monday took care and fixed issue ) 6.-No break ins ️ 7.-2 pools on complex they are cleaned twice monthly Cons: Need new outside paint , Fix the entry gates, inspection of empty condos needs to be implemented.. Make your decision based on facts not opinions Good investment property.
Man this place is severely run down. I used to live here 2 years ago... Shocked by how raggedy the place is now. Trash everywhere, some buildings must have burned down, only thing left was the concrete slab.

I moved in two months ago and I can honestly say the inside of apartments are really nice and big for the price of rent they charge. Agile management is slowly fixing up the complex. Serena the manager is easy to reach and the things I needed fix her maintenance man was there the next day to fix it. She is devoted in providing a safe and enjoyable place to live. I am pleased and have referred several people that are happy with there apartment. No matter where you go you will have a couple bad apples in the bunch, but management is on top of things.
