Awesome staff, awesome ownership, awesome training & equipment. This place even has a hill designed for incline sprint training. I can't wait for the Sports Complex to open up as well, it's going to be amazing!

I love this place. I'm happy I found it. They've helped me so much. I'm not aimlessly working out anymore. I have a goal, I've developed better habits, and I've let go of bad habits. I get guidance and encouragement here. Big Phil is honest, friendly, and genuine. I've been coming for almost 3 months, and still I look forward to my workouts in the mornings.
