I purchased the \Aruba\ model grill island from this store last October during their \clearance sale\. The salesman Adam was a nice fella and did a nice job of getting grill delivered. When I received the grill I was not real happy about the tile work due to wide gaps on the grout and the tile was not very level. Not exactly what I was expecting but I decided to live with it and enjoyed the grill. A few months ago I noticed some tiles starting to wobble a bit and become loose. I decided to replace the tile and not have to struggle with this company about making it right since their \warranty\ is full of limitations and exclusions and states that their is no labor coverage in the event of tile failure they will only ship loose tile for replacement. I have enclosed some pictures of the thinset that was used to set the tiles, it was just \splotched\ on the backer board and basically just thrown together, horrible workmanship. Note the huge gap on the edge work. My tile installer said that is the worst tile job he has ever seen and even reduced my price for the work when the tile was popping off with one hit from a chisel. The prospective buyer should really take a long hard look at the Sales Agreement and the Warranty because once it shows up it your home it becomes your problem and the best you will receive from Paradise Grills is a replacement and your responsible for installing. One other note, the grill has the exact some components as a \Blaze 32\ brand grill and is exceptionally cheaper. Good Luck

I loved Bryan and Brandon , very informative people that knew what they were doing . Didn’t judge myself nor my girlfriend at all and didn’t pressure us into purchasing although we were just going to look didn’t expect us to come out with a purchase that same day , but because of the patience and the information given to us we did .Would highly recommend everyone to go and ask for them , even told you how to maintain the item as well in depth . That’s how good they are , would send more people their way just for their awesome service and knowledge making it pain free .
