A group of unprofessionals working there. Known liars. Can’t believe they are still in business with that attitude. Owner must be just like one of them to keep that folks around. My acct was charged multiple occasions without any invoices. Don’t want to deal with them so i filed formal complaint. Be aware. Find another place for your needs. You will thank me later.

She was rude and hang up in my face when I ask for a phone number to another location. Do not waste time and money here. Rude customer service

I needed a Yellow Fever shot and they are the only people in Houston that has them. Professional and waited for me to get there through traffic as I was running close to their closing. Very nice!

I did have a good experience at the clinic. The nurse was very thorough and informative. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is I signed up my Mom and my sister with me. The clinic’s online system makes it easy to sign up multiple travelers. Well unbeknownst to me, it was still 75 PER PERSON for the consult. We were all three in the room together all traveling to the same destination receiving the same information. The nurse spent the same amount of time she would have spent with one person. So maybe they had this in writing when I signed up but I didn’t realize it. I’m just saying I probably would not have bothered to coordinate my sister and my mom together with me if I had known we had to pay a separate consult fee anyway. Clinic should revisit this policy and possibly offer a group discount.

I need vaccinations for my program at school. Aris at the Katy Freeway location is very knowledgeable and has been super helpful with getting my requirements fulfilled on time.
