Today August 6th. I had my car towed to this shop and it was a lock on the gate so I called mr. Manning he started going off saying just leave the car there I'll be there in a minute he was going off. okay so I thought nothing of it at that moment until I got there. The tow truck guy dropped it off. So Mr. Manning pulled up i started asking him questions about where to leave my car the keys. So he started going off again saying if you asking me questions now about how and where to drop the car off i will have a problem with you. So he said I don't think I want to work on your car I might have a problem when it comes with me charging you. I cant ask questions about where to leave my car inside on the outside. If I have questions now what is going to look like when I pick up my car it's like okay so I'm not supposed to ask questions. don't want to work on my car because I'm asking questions. That was my last toll with AAA now I have no one to tow my car to the place it really needs to go to I'm out of money he said that was my problem. But he but he knows that he sent me here to get my car fixed the same day so don't you think he owes me 99 for having me to come way out here for nothing? It has to be a way that this man shouldn't talk to people any kind of way if he wants service from people he needs to be rolled up and on the news I don't know why they gave him a five-star they should have gave him nothing cuz he do not know how to treat customers.
